Baby & Me Yoga (8 weeks to just walking)
Monday 11:30-12:15 AM, 5 week session starting 9/22 - $80
Stretch, bond, and breathe with your little one in this special yoga series designed for caregivers and babies. We’ll move through interactive sequences, bonding postures, and playful songs that involve your baby. Take time to care for your body, build confidence and relax using relaxing and energizing postures and breathing techniques. Every class will devote time to gentle, hands-on yoga and massage for babies - aiding in digestion and promoting the sleep-wake cycle. Dress comfortably and bring a blanket for your baby, Baby Boppy (optional) or any other “supplies” to make your baby comfortable on the floor. A very baby friendly environment: there’s no need to worry about changing and feeding or taking care of any of your baby’s needs. Baby carriers are also a great idea as poses can be adapted.
Yoga Beginnings for Toddlers (walking - 3 years)
Thursday 11:45-12:15, 5 week session beginning 9/25 - $65
Yoga Beginnings for Preschoolers (3 - 5 years)
Wednesday 4:30-5:00, 5 week session beginning 9/24 - $65
A class where the kids are the focus, with you in tow exploring simple movement together in a fun and energetic class. This is a great way to stay in shape to keep up with your child and introduce them to the world of yoga! Partner together with your child in simple animated poses, games, story time, music, breathing exercises and relaxation. This class helps to strengthen coordination, build body and emotional awareness, fine and gross motor skills, and social skills. There is no expectation for your child to stay still, all are welcome to participate in their own way!
Baby siblings are welcome as space allows, reach out to us to see if there’s room.
